A well established high end innovative global IT networking firm is looking to expand the UK office and are therefore seeking a first line Support Engineer to join on a contract basis.
This is a customer facing role where you will be responsible for end user support. The role will be centred around:- Computer, Apps and audio visual equipment.
As a Support Engineer you will be responsible for
- Service desk support
- Responding to tickets
The Successful candidate should have experience in the following;
- Mac
- IOS
- Android
- Windows
- Laptops
- Mobile devices
- Two factor authentication
Hybrid working (2 or 3 days in the office)
£20 per hour/£32.50 per hour
