- Must have good exposure to Hospitality/Travel domain functional area
- Must have experience in different requirement gathering technique
- Must have good exposure working with business process owner and creating functional documentation
- Must be able to create use case, business process flow diagram
- Must have excellent knowledge and working experience in creating flowchart, Swimlane chart etc.
- Must have working experience in MS Visio or similar tools.
- Must be able to convert business process flow diagram into small testable user stories
- Must have excellent customer handling, communication and presentation skill
- Must have below skills: Excellent communication skill and customer handling Requirement Gathering Technique Document the business process flow diagram (Excellent exposure to Flow Chart and Swim Lane Chart using visio) Excellent Presentation Skill 5.
