Job Title: HR Assistant - Mandarin speaking

Our client, a leading telecommunications company is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to support its team and office in Reading.

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Overview:

The HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You'll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.

What you will do:

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Provide clerical and administrative support

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

Responsible for organization atmosphere management

Ad Hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate:

Experience in HR operations/Degree in Human Resources/CIPD Qualified

Perform well under pressure

Agile and a quick learner

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Good communication and presentation skills, in both English and Chinese

Team orientated

Results focused

Confidence to work across all levels of the business

Fluent Mandarin speaking and excellent writing in Chinese
