Location: Hybrid Working, 2 days on Site in Glasgow per week.

Overview: Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. This role involves designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions to streamline IT operations and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ServiceNow Development: Customize and integrate ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

  2. Configuration and Integration: Configure ServiceNow platform components and integrate with external systems to automate processes and improve efficiency.

  3. Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting assistance for ServiceNow applications and integrations, ensuring minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with a focus on ITOM.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting and ITOM modules.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred.
