Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements, adhere to architectural principles, and align with industry best practices.

Insurance Domain Expertise:

• Apply extensive knowledge of insurance business processes, products, regulations, and market trends to architect scalable and resilient solutions tailored to industry-specific needs.

Technology Evaluation & Selection:

• Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools, and frameworks to support solution architecture decisions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Integration & Interoperability:

• Design and implement integration solutions that facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability between disparate systems, both internally and with external partners.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, developers, and infrastructure teams, to gather requirements, define architecture roadmaps, and drive alignment with business objectives.

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

Solution Delivery & Implementation:

• Oversee the implementation and delivery of architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural blueprints, quality standards, and project timelines.

Performance Optimization & Scalability:

• Architect solutions for performance optimization and scalability, leveraging best practices and innovative techniques to meet evolving business demands.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends
