Power Platform Development Lead - Freelance - Remote - 12months +
Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Power Platform Development Lead for a client operating globally in the industrial sector. The clients mission is to bring transformative, low code technology into the vast and international landscape of their global organisation. With your deep domain expertise, you will empower their employees to solve business problems, automate processes, and unleash the potential of Microsoft Power Platform across the group.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Power Platform developers and collaborating with other stakeholders.
- Establishing a knowledge centre and development support framework as part of a Centre of Excellence.
- Defining and enforcing the best practices and standards for Power Platform development.
- Designing and developing the governance tools that will monitor, audit, and report on the Power Platform governance framework.
- Providing technical guidance and support to the Power Platform users and developers.
- Working in a cross-discipline team, using agile development methodology that requires active participation in all team's activities.
- Working in an international team and communicating in English on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IT in Enterprise Environments, 5 years of experience in Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Demonstrative experience of implementing both Business and platform Governance solutions based on Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Fusion development by integrating classic programming with Power Platform (Custom Connectors, Azure Services).
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Experience in working with the Power Platform Centre of Excellence.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for innovation and continuous learning.
