Job Description

StoneArch is a 12 person logistics broker looking for an individual to work directly with the controller assisting with accounting and administrative duties.


Accounts Receivable/Payable
o Process billing paperwork, ensuring a complete and quality invoicing product
o Obtain missing billing paperwork
o Maintaining complete and accurate customer/vendor records
o Cash receipts
o Customer collections

Internal Reporting/Reconciliations
o Produce daily/weekly/monthly standard reports
o Account reconciliations
o Assist with month end reporting

Customer/Vendor Service
o Responding promptly to requests for information
o Handling calls from customers and vendors
o Assist with projects

Administrative Duties
o File maintenance
o Mail office correspondence
o Assist with office management

Job Skill Requirements:
Intermediate understanding of accounting processes, practice and theory
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
Effective written and verbal communication
Comfortable communicating verbally with customers/vendors
Detail oriented
Task driven
Willingness to do a variety of tasks and help where needed
